Dragon: This is tough, since I don't use dragon types very often. I guess Dragonite or Dialga.
Grass: Turtwigs evolution line
Dark: Absol
Bug: Heracross.
Psychic: Alakazam, Espeon, and Mewtwo
Water: Vaporeon, Mudkip's evolution line, and Kyogre
Electric: Pikachu, Raichu, Mareep's evolution line, Shinx's evolution line, Zapdos, Raikou, and more. Electric is my favorite type.
Fairy: None that I can think of.
Fighting: Lucario, Machamp, Heracross again.
Fire: Charizard
Ghost: Gengar
Ground: Dugtrio
Ice: Lapras
Normal: Eevee
Poison: Venusaur
Rock: Tyranitar

I'm going to go by primary type because otherwise this would be much harder. (Except for Flying because almost all flying types are secondary flying for some reason???). And this is of course favourites as in personal favourites, not the ones I think are most powerful.
