Favorite Non-Disney animated movie

oh man so many...
but from that time period my favs are prob:

princess mononoke
grave of the fireflies
perfect blue

My Neighbour Totoro, The Land Before Time (original), Pagemaster, and this kind of weird film about a talking frog spy called Freddie F.R.0.7

The Road to El Dorado and the Prince of Egypt are my favorite non-disney animated films.

HOW DID I MISS THE ROAD TO EL DORADO. i loved that.

Princess Mononoke was amazing if not somewhat gruesome. The Iron Giant was a good one too.

we watched mononoke once and i didnt really pay attention lmao
i also really liked iron giant BUT i cant remember if my sister took it with her to college or not.

Ugh, I haven't been alive long enough. I wish I was born later...
I'd have to say Charlotte's Web like Apple ^ up there.

what to heck how old are you

the brave little toaster

Oh, my gosh! The Road to El Dorado is my favorite non-disney animated movie, too! It's such a shame it flopped in the box-office... that movie deserved better.

Wasn't Marvel bought by Disney or something like that?

I also said that it has to be released earlier than 2001. And how is Avengers an animated film?

The Avengers: United They Stand (also known simply as The Avengers) is an animated series based on the Marvel Comics superhero team The Avengers.[1] It consists of 13 episodes, which originally premiered on October 30, 1999, and was produced by Avi Arad and distributed by 20th Century Fox Television. It was later canceled on February 26, 2000.

At first I read this as "favourite non-animated Disney movie" and I came in to profess my love for Pirates of the Caribbean.

But I'm gonna have to go with Road to El Dorado as well, I love that movie so much. They put it on Netflix so now I can just watch it repeatedly.

I like the more recent animation more than the older animations. Not because of a better story but I just love the graphics. I have to say that Rise of the Guardians is one of my all time favorites. There's a ton more that I just can't think of. Is Balto by Disney? I liked those movies.

ROAD TO ELDORADO IS FREAKING GENIUS. It was the first DVD I ever owned.

I'll have to say that my favorite animated non-Disney movie is Spirited Away though, hands down. That's always been my favorite movie. Nevermind that Disney is Studio Ghibli's American distributor though, lol xD

It has to be from the 80s and 90s?
Grave of the Fireflies.
If it has to be Murican, then I pick American Tail.

Ghibli movies.
Even though they're apparently technically Disney but you can't tell me no

Even though I can't say It's truly my favorite (Rio prolly is), Kung Fu Panda will always be amazing to me. x3 But that's after 2001.... so for this thread I'm not really sure what I'd pick.
