Favorite Non-Disney animated movie

To help you understand what I mean, I am referring to the animated films from the 80's and 90's not made by Disney (such as Anastasia and An American Tail). This includes the non-Bluth animated films that aren't made by Disney, but this excludes all animated films based after TV shows, as well as the animated films released in 2001 or later.

What is your favorite movie in the narrowed-down category I have put in the topic title?

OH i was going to post a movie but its 3d and made most likely after 2000. the secret of nimh (nihm? idk) was ok i guess, i was sad that it wasnt more like the book but OH WELL.

Probably because it's different from the animation Disney usually uses, so don't worry you're not stupid, I know a lot of people who made the difference n_n I also used to think it was not a Disney to be honest x)

Princess Mononoke was amazing if not somewhat gruesome. The Iron Giant was a good one too.

I liked Charlotte's Web the best (1973 version), but I also liked Chicken Run, Anastasia, and Pagemaster. I'm okay with Titan A.E. (Don Bluth film where the Earth blows up into shards), but it's not the best.

You mean earlier? I'm not a huge fan current mainstream animation media these days (Pixar, Post-Shrek Dreamworks, Blue Sky).
