Mine's got to be Earthquake and Metronome. Earthquake's 100 base power and 100 accuracy makes it really reliable and Metronome's randomness is just plain fun.

Draco Meteor. Its design is very cool, plus it's a very powerful attack. Pretty much all of my Dragon-types know it.
