I'll accept a buyout of 200 TBT simply because I want to get her moved out within the next few hours. I think that's a fair price for her but if I'm wrong let me know.

haha oh that sucks hopefully she doesn't do the same in my town ! i had to get rid of a villager a couple weeks ago cause he was right in front of my coffee shop.
