Fauna Not Acting Sick?

Welp uhhh this is the first time this has happened to me. So, I was talking to Vesta to see if anyone was moving out, and she mentioned that Fauna had a cold. I went to buy medicine, and went to Fauna's house. When I got there, she had the sad emotes and LOOKED sick...

But when I went to give her the medicine, she talked to me like she was completely fine. It IS a holiday (I TT'ed to Shamrock Day), but I don't think this is normal. I restarted the game, and it's the same. I'm not allowed to give her the medicine. All I can do is talk to her like normal.

Does this mean she's moving out and I don't know it? What am I supposed to do here? I'm panicking a little lol.

Well, I'm going to risk TTing to the next day. I sorta hope that doesn't end her up in boxes or perpetuate this. xD;

Well, thankfully, the bug didn't persist and now she's actually acting sick. I just hope she's not the one that's supposed to move out. :I

Either they pretend not to be sick on holidays, or I just got a weird bug.

I don't think they don't act sick during a holiday. Gayle was sick as well, then acted fine when everybody was celebrating the Harvest Festival.

Ahh, okay, thank you. <3 I sorta panicked because of the recent thread about someone being sick and moving out, so I wasn't sure if she just hadn't pinged me or something.

Skye was sick during the last fishing tournament, but she dragged herself out of the house to attend the ceremony.

I think I'll keep taking it day by day for now unless like NOBODY pings me. Then I'll be worried. D:
