Selling Fauna needs to go ASAP

I unfortunately didn't connect to her as I thought I would, so I need her out to get Lopez from someone else!

Selling her for 3mil (she's not original) and her house has a lot of alpine/patchwork furniture. I need to keep this open for about 20-30 minutes otherwise I'll have to void her :c
