Fast way to TT a villager out?

I have a villager in my cycle town. I've been cycling for HOURS and she won't ping me to move.
Any advice?

I'm pretty sure each day a villager will act surprised to see you and then suggest they move, but it won't happen right away. or at least this happens to me. After you spent like an hour or two on one day and then TT to the next day you might get more of a chance of them suggesting they move but if you TT a month ahead I don't think much will happen? idk I'm not an expert at this haha I barely TT

I normally have another villager tell me someone is thinking about moving before they ping me. XP
That's why I'll be on one day, talk to 2 or 3 villagers about 5 or more times, walk in front of all villagers, and if no one pings or says someone is moving, I move to the next day.
I have yet to have a surprise boxer or much trouble with the method.
I was able to get 3 villagers in boxes yesterday pretty quickly with that method, but they were all I wanted to move out so it's not like I had to say no and start again. XP

It doesn't happen every single day it's just random.

I can only say towards my experience in 3-5 days someone will think of moving,but who is it is random.
