I've been using this for a while and it's actually one of the best I've used! It's best for cycling towns that DO NOT rely on pings or TT'ing out specific villagers.
After someone appears with boxes(can be a move-in or move-out), I TT 6 days forward, open the game, and TT 5 days forward again. After TT'ing 5 days, a random villager will be in boxes! I don't know if this is 100% reliable, but it has been for me so far. Is anyone else willing to try this on their own cycle towns to see if it works as well?
