There has been a lot of misinformation, some of it on my part due to mistakes in verbage, I apologize! I have posted a clarified timetable which is what we will stick to going forward. Please let me know if there are any other mistakes or questions.

I hate to bring this up, but there's one more point of confusion with the schedule that I just realized:

Frequency 2 will open on Sunday the 30th order July and close on Wednesday the 2nd of August at 11:59PM EDT. The answer for this puzzle will be revealed with the release of the next puzzle around 12PM EDT.

Frequency 3 will open on Wednesday the 2nd of August and close Saturday the 5th of August at 11:59PM EDT. The answer for this puzzle will be revealed with the release of the next puzzle around 12PM EDT.

So Frequency 2 closes on Wednesday at 11:59 PM EDT, but its answer is supposed to be revealed with Frequency 3 at 12 PM EDT the same day (in other words: the answer is revealed before the puzzle closes)?
