He's completely untouched.

Whoever takes him, has to pay in my main town - Cheezlan. Fang is in my alternate/cycling town - Noodles.
If you have more than 30 positive wi-fi reviews, I will let you pick him up first and pay me later. Otherwise, I'd prefer to be paid first (nothing personal - just a precaution). However, you are welcome to see him in my town before he's boxed up.
