Hello everyone! So finally, I got someone in (who is ultimately gonna move out anyway) and I am glad to say that Fang the cranky wolf is in boxes and ready to move! He is 100% original. Same shirt, catchphrase and house. So here's the thing. We're gonna auction him! Here is the description...

Bid Increase: 500k
Buyout: 15 mil or Ruby the Peppy Bunny
Highest Bid: 6mil + Help with getting Ruby (Ashuro)​

Even if you consider yourself bad at auctions, I would still recommend this.

Among all the players with an "unwanted Ruby" in their town, just a few of them would be interested to trade her for a specific character (even if this specific character is a popular character). With auctions, more people are concerned and you will sure get far more money than what you should possess to buy Ruby.

For Ruby... Hm... I would say it's way possible to buy her 3 millions bells.

About Fang, since he's original and among the most popular characters of the game... you can easily sell him 10 million bells minimum (15 million bells with average luck)

As you can guess, I'm interested by Fang (like lot of other players) but I don't have Ruby. In these condition, what I can suggest you is 6 million bells for Fang, plus my personal support for all the future Ruby's auctions. Which mean that I will help you to bid higher by giving you the millions you need when you will find the auction you're interesting in (you will just need to PM me, saying you found an auction and I will bid with you). Additionally, I'll also PM you if I find a Ruby auction when you're offline.

This solution is maybe not the quickest solution to get Ruby ASAP, but I think it's the most economic and profitable strategy.

I'll add a concret exemple.

During an auction concerning Ruby, if you bid 3 millions and there is another player who will bid 4 millions, I will come and bid 5 millions for you.

If we win, you will pay the amount you bid earlier (3 millions) and I will pay the additional amount (2 millions) for a total of 5 millions.

I will keep biding until I reach the limit of 5 additional million bells. Which mean that if you're highest bid is 3 million, I will not bid higher than 8 millions.
