Only those who meet all the requirements can be placed for the entries.
If I bend the rules for one, I must bend the rules for all... and it's not fair to those who follow the rules and meet the requirements.
However, the giveaway is being ran on Tumblr as well. It has a different set of rules and requirements, so if you don't meet them here, you can always try entering though tumblr instead.
It is on my cycle town's tumblr whose link can be found in my signature.
 
I'd like to enter, please (cha-chomp)! Fang is one of my dreamies and I'd love to cherish him in my town. :D

Not a lot people entered through tumblr and TBT combined so that means those who entered have a higher chance of winner I suppose.

... I just find it hard to believe the generator picked 3 again.
I'm not sure what I will do if the winner doesn't respond and pick up Fang and I have to re-draw and the generator picks 3 for the 3rd time in a row. XP
