Giveaway fake moving painting

for the life of me, i can't "trash" items in this game when someone else could make use out of something. i obtained the painting in the mail from tank, and learned it was fake upon trying to give it to blathers, so here we are. i was going to use it for outside of my museum but i can't work it in that well into my design and i don't want i to look silly, so i'm going to give someone a chance to take it off my hands before i officially decide if i'm going to be getting rid of it.

i don't want anything for it, just for it to go somewhere it will be appreciated in all it's fake glory

it's called moving painting. i got the version on the right, the 'fake' version that can't be given to the museum or sold.
