I've had Felicity for a few months now, and I only need her around until she suggests the Fairytale Bridge PWP. But is there something I need to do for her in order to get the ping?

How many bridges do you have? If you have all 3 I don't think they will suggest a bridge. I got rid of one of my bridges then finally a few days/weeks (Idk how long) one of my animals finally suggested it.
