fabric customization suggestions

So I randomly decided today that I want to customize my cabin series each time the season changes, and to that end I've been trying to get my hands on shirts that I think fit each season.

That said, once I have gotten all the other customizable sets available I want to do the same thing, with clothing that complements the furniture style. Pretty much every series that can be ordered from the catalog (plus cabana) has pieces with fabric that can be changed but I'll try to list them all just for clarification

Alpine- pretty much every piece
Blue- bed & table
Cabana- bed & armchair
Classic- bed, buffet, table
Exotic- bed, chair, pretty sure lamp
Green- bed, chair, dresser, lamp, table, wall clock
Kiddie- bed & table
Lovely- bed, end table, lamp, love seat, table
Modern wood- bed
Modern- bed & lamp
Polka-dot- everything but tv
Ranch- bed & tea table
Regal- lamp & table
Stripe- bed & lamp


Suggestions don't need to be limited to one clothing design per series; if different pieces might look better with different clothing patterns I'd certainly like to know your thoughts

Are you strickly looking for clothing patterns? I've seen a lot of neat QR patterns for the furniture. But on custom new leaf's tumblr they tried a lot of clothing items on different furniture. I think the simple patterns or things with a solid color and an "object" look the best. Like the plaid/gingham things look really nice on a lot of the items. Or for something white or lightly colored the Daisy Tee looks really nice.
My personal favorite thing to do is replace lamp shades so I can change the color of the light in a room. My house had two blue lamps so my windows from outside are blue and it looks really neat!

Interesting. But yeah, right now just looking for in game clothing patterns; I can never seem to get the sewing machine qr scanner function to work

Hot Spring shirt for spring.
Gelato shirt for winter.
Maybe that shirt with a bird for summer?

Just off the top of my head.
I think plaids, roses, geometric shapes and stripes are good options.

For what sets? Keep in mind that I've already made my choices for my cabin set, so the whole point of picking something for each season is for my aesthetic. For the other stuff I'm thinking more one and done
