No idea.
my friend has it, I played it, and never again did I bother playing it after that ending. Just TERRIBLE.
When I recruited Reaver I figured I was 60-70% done the game, not 99% done.. T_T
And then you just push the old guy over the edge? No. Horrible.

Go into the menu and somewhere, I can't remember under what option there should be a selection to turn on Orbs, these are how you do co-op. You can see just your friends or you can see everyones, it is your choice.

The co-op on Fable 2 sucks. The only thing I enjoyed from the game was most of the story, the ending was terrible. I was told Fable 1 has a better story than Fable 2, so you may want to look into getting that.
