So I made some alternate characters over the weekend, and I found out that I had apparently set the birthday for one of them to be February 27, which is today. If it wasn't for Peaches informing me, I would have completely forgotten. So I started up the game as the other character and experienced my first birthday in an Animal Crossing game. It was great!
My "mom" sent me a Paper Tiger in the mail, which was nice. Sprinkle gave me a Beacon Fire (I was expecting it to be something different but oh well), which I put in my house as well. I also happened to get a gift from Gulliver, but that was unrelated to my birthday, of course.
When making the wish, I wished for it to "be a great day" because I wasn't feeling very creative at the moment.
And well what do you know. It starts raining when I exit the party... But when I checked the Lost and Found, there was a Leopard Umbrella right there.
Was there anything I missed? This is the first time I've experienced an Animal Crossing birthday for the player.
