Expectations

Primarily I'm just hoping that they don't screw anything else up. The city needs to be gone.

My expectations are low. Having low expectations for City Folk didn't even save it from being incredibly disappointing so I'm trying as hard as I can.

For something new: I'm really hoping for outdoor furniture. It was in Doubutsu no Mori e+ but then it vanished. I have no idea why they didn't keep it in WW, and seriously CF could have really used it to make it not suck so much. The outdoor furniture system in e+ was not all of that great, though, or so I heard. So really they should improve upon it greatly. Shouldn't be all of that hard. How much work have they put into this series recently? They can do this at least.

It just need to improve a lot.

No, it really needs to go away altogether. It was an obvious attempt to tack on something in CF to make it look like it was something different, when in reality it just ruined the game.

It did not ruin the game. It's just something extra like the island on the GCN version.

No, the city took away the randomness of the visitors. They were always there and you could always visit them taking away the replayability by a whole lot.

Are you talking about the animals or real life players?

No that was plus actually. I had to wait a whole year just to get a emote from Dr. Shrunk on WW.

Well, most people like the visitors showing up in town. It's better for the replay value and the fact that it took you a year to see him was your fault anyway.

Besides, as I said, it was an incredibly cheap way to make the game look different. I seriously doubt it will come back. It doesn't fit the series anyway.

How is that my fault? I actually played this game everyday for over a year.

i'm hopping the able sisters will get an upgrade of there own, a more expansive city if included, and maybe some other collectibles like photographing birds

I wont really care about grass. I only cared about it in City Folk, because by the time I found out about grass erosion, my grass was basically gone. This time I'll know if it's in it, and I will know how to use it.

I hope the grass doesn't disappear when you walk or run over it.
Also, I hope there is a little more to do.

If you look really close at the screenshots from E3 and gameplay, you can see part of it is eroding.. I'm 99% sure they didn't remove that

Please show us a picture where this is evident.

I don't really see why they ever added it to begin with. =/

Me either. I really started to lose interest in ACCF when I lost all the grass in my town, everything just looked so much less appealing and dead. Not played it since because I don't want to go back to a dead town, nor do I want to completely restart.
