The exchange rate varies from player to player, you would be extremely lucky or perhaps a bit deceitful to pay only 100k AC bells for 100 TBT bells. I have seen the rate rise to as much as 500k per 100 TBT bells, but that is rarer, the most common being around the middle at 250k AC bells per 100 TBT bells. But as some players have no use for their TBT bells, they are pleased to sell them at any price.
