Exactly how do I get the second mannequin?

I got the first from mable and I know I get the other from the second sister but she's not budging no new options or anything. Help?

I always buy EVERYTHING in the able sisters, and then just sell it, I did it to catalog everything, and get kicks and shampoodle faster, it worked and I got the second mannequin too, I actually got the second one right after I got the one from Sable.
Now I just buy the clothes I don?t have cataloged.

For Sable, just talk to her once daily. For Mabel, just keep buying clothes. For Labelle, keep buying accessories.
