My Selling Rules:
1. If you post an offer, please check the thread to see if I responded. I sometimes forget to send PM's.
2. We HAVE to go to your town. I don't have a choice. My internet is so sucky that I get Resetti anytime someone comes to my town via WiFi. I can do locally, but WiFi is a no go. Sorry.
3. If you post an offer and then go and find it somewhere else TELL ME. This goes hand and hand with rule #1. I've had several incidents where someone posts an offer, and I accept and try to set up a time to meet and I get a PM a week later saying, "Lol sorry I got it already." A lot of the times I've had other offers on it as well, but I don't take them because I accepted someone elses. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ME IN THE FUTURE IF YOU BREAK THESE RULES. I keep a list. I'm like Santa, okay.
