Ever Had Funny Mystery Island Encounters?

This is my first Animal Crossing game, so I didn’t know how to save when I started in March. I began with Mira and Sprocket, but lost them when I turned off the game, thinking it autosaved. Boy was I wrong. (Farewell, Mira! How I loved your superhero aesthetic.)

I had to restart, this time with Diva as a starter. Yesterday Diva asked to move. I never bonded with her, so bye girl.

Today, I searched mystery islands for a suitable newcomer and found Mira! I wasn’t even looking for her, but to top it off, she seemed to recognize me!! Her first words were, “Well if it ain’t- Wait, do I know you?”

“Yes you do, Mira! In a parallel world we once lived together!”

Tomorrow Mira will move back to a new, yet somewhat familiar home. What a crazy coincidence.

well it wasnt that funny at the time, but a few days ago i did the same thing and lost raymond. i was sooo mad lol. now tho, my friends and i laugh because instead of getting raymond, my best friend's gigi moved in instead...it was karma imo because we trash talked her quite a bit. got her 2 move out yesterday so its all good

Probably not funny to a lot of people, but I was looking for whatever I could find. I go to an island and it’s a hamster who isn’t facing me! And I love rodents so I get all excited as I’m running toward him... it turns around and it’s Graham, I legit gasped and got off that island as quickly as possible. That dude scares me.

I spent a bunch of miles to get nmt to find the PERFECT villager. I ran into villagers like Bam and just generally cute ones but I was looking for top tier ones. I spent like 15 tickets and I was on my last one, praying I get a good villager to invite to my island. the villager I found was BROFFINA. its ok though I got another nmt and found Lolly. (
