The past is obdurate
I do when I'm having a bad luck day. It's infuriating when I'm in a hurry to get a trade done or set items out and every time I try to run I trip....that definitely feels like a punishment.
I guess it's because it's meant to be a slow paced game? Maybe it was all intentional to get us to take our time doing things?
I'd prefer to have that option for myself though rather than have the developers decide
