I realy liked Baabara, and was very pleased when she randomly moved into my farm town. After talking to her quite a few times, I really started to dislike her. She reminds me of my mother in law in so many ways. She is still in my town, and I never let villagers leave unless I'm cycling for certain ones, so I will just have to deal with her. Other than that, I really like all my villagers in my 5 towns.
I did this with Punchy! He was an original and at first he annoyed me so much. And slowly I realized how awesome he was. We became BFFs but sadly hes no longer with me even though he left me many pics.
I did that with Flo and Lucky. I thought Flo looked really awesome when I first saw her, being a gothic penguin and all. And when she actually moved to my town, I absolutely adored her... for a couple weeks. Her design started looking bland to me. Finally I'm just like "Okay, you're out of here" and did not regret my decision. As for lucky, he just didn't fit my town very well. He's cute and cool and all but a mummy just doesn't feel right in my town. If I had a section based off Egypt I'd gladly keep him, but I don't.
Happened with Chrissy and Lopez. Sudden move ins and I loved them and their houses weren't in bad places so that was a plus.
But right now I'm debating on whether replacing Chrissy with Dotty and they're both cuties ; ^ ;
Yes, I wanted Aurora so badly for ages! But when she moved in I disliked her straight away.... Whereas I've had villagers like Peewee, who were either original or random move-ins, who I disliked at first but ended up loving them to bits!

I have this blue pig in my town, i forgot his name but at first i didn't like him because he moved in a spot where a PWP was meant to go, but i let go of that, and as a villager he looks really cool and i like him, i'd want him to stay forever but i need that spot of land
