UPDATE:

due to an unforeseen family emergency that just occurred, I will not be able to move out Judy immediately as I will not be home.

Bidding will still end at 4pm mountain time. Winner please take note that it could take me an hour or two to get back home. The safety of my child is more important than this game.

Also, I forgot to mention she is completely original and please have a plot open at some point today.
