12:00 to 4:00 PM there should be a ghost around your town. A bubble just pops up wait a name called ????? but it's Wisp.

After 9 check the corners of your town for an invisible ghost. Tell him you have the lamp. (if he leaves fins him AGAIN.) and he tells you to go to your attic.
Go there with the lamp and he comes out and grants ur wish!

Has anyone noticed that the "rare" items he gives you aren't really rare at all? At least the two items I got from him sucked... not sure if anyone else has experienced this.

They're not suppose to be rare. They're suppose to be items you haven't had yet.crakgenius said:
