If I were to answer this I would say somewhere in the US in a desert type area where they can build the perfect city. But thats not an option... :lol:
Since the U.S. and Germany/Russia/Prussia/etc. were the two most powerful forces in the world back in WW II, and the U.S. is still together, it should be the U.S.
