♣ I would like..: Chibi my town/character i am trying to make more fairy-tale like so emphasize the heart boppers and make them a lighter shade than her hair. she normally holds a pink glow wand as well (optional in picture.) id also loooooovee if someone could draw my mayor holding a smaller version of tangy in her arms almost like a teddy bear (but in tangy form!) hahaha. maybe make her blushing. i dont know just be creative!!

Indeed, I apologies for that! I live off of my art though so the prices reflect minimum wage in my country. I haven't quite figured out the conversion rate from dollars to TBT so the TBT prices may change :s

What is the difference between cell shade and painting ?
Edit: I google'd cell and was wondering if your "Potion making" drawing was the painting style, if so I would love to buy art in this style!
