I will end the session immediately if any rules are broken. I will also give you a bad wifi-rating.
Please leave positive wifi-ratings (unless you're unhappy about something of course! Please tell me so if that's the case!) I will do the same for you.USEFUL INFORMATION

I only accept TBT. Might change in the future. All villagers will go to highest offer. The starting bid will be 15TBT regardless tier. I want the payment before you come pickup the villager. Buyouts: 500TBT. I will void all T4 and T5 villagers that no one has lurked for.Are you looking for a T4 or T5 villager? You're welcome to lurk for three at most. I will notify you as soon as the villager moves in and when he/she is in boxes. Please tell me if you don't want to lurk for the villager anymore. You may not lurk for villagers in T1-T3.
If there's more than one person interested in the same villager he/she will go to the person with the highest offer.
