I'm sorry it's a bit confusing haha, I made it to where if you reserve a tier 1 before he/she is in my town the price will be dropped. But once they move in and aren't reserved I'll set a price to whatever I want. If you can't do 500 tbt I am willing to lower it. Just make an offer.
