Probably new, and currently unreleased, as this comes from the trailer that was released early and that update isn't out until tomorrow evening.

According to the spoiler thread it seems to be a "seasonal sale" item so it's probably something like the surfboards and spooky furniture.

I don't know when those are sold, but yoy shoud be able to get one of the seasonal items per day if you TT to whenever they're in stock. Keep in mind you're locked to one color on your own island though. I've seen the plain tent from the trailer and a colorful striped one so far.

Oof. That means i'm going to be on the hunt for lots of variant for this set. I'm not going for everything but just the color that looks nice for each item. I'm pretty excited for the next couple seasons now.
