Looks like he has a history of not giving bells back/ignoring people
Someone gave him bells for marshal and VM'd him saying "if you aren't going to give me marshal then please return coins"
and also looked like a won an auction for a villager, but never responded to the OP about getting him.
All seems kinda sketchy to me

Yeah, they're taking forever to reply to me about adopting Kid Cat. Incredibly annoying. Will update later, seeing how it goes. If he continues ignoring me or not doing what I ask I will give negative feedback.

Ugh I was doing trades with people I CANT SEE TO EVERYONE! BESIDES IM ON THIS ON MY 3DS I DONT HAVE TIME TO SEE ALL MY NOTIFICATIONS!!!! AND MY SCREENS KEEP FLIPPING AND WHAT ABOUT U SLAMMINT YOU SAID YOU'D TRADE ME TWICE BUT NO!

If you want to gain respect in this community, speak/type with proper english, and tell people when you're busy so people don't think they're being ignored, or you're a scammer. And keep your calm; the above message is not exactly going to make people forgive you, is it?
I think I was the first person to do a trade with him/her (wolfganglover) except it was only hybrids.
I'm not taking anyone's sides but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and saying that since they're new to the forums, and possibly the game. They're not very good or sure about how things work?
My advice to you, Wolfganglover, is to clear up your current trades/transactions before you start anything new. Otherwise you're burying yourself in a heap of poo and more likely that not, no one is going to want to do any kind of business with you.
Most people don't like doing business with anyone who doesn't have 100% wifi x_x and especially since you're new to the forums as well, negative feed backs definitely do not help.
