Okay, so, starting sometime a few months ago I suddenly lost my appetite. I mean, I'd still get stomach aches I'd be so hungry, but when I'd go to eat I'd feel even more sick. I can force myself to eat, and eventually the pain goes away. I don't think it's healthy to eat one giant meal (lunch) and eat little to nothing for breakfast/dinner. Do I have a problem? How can I fix this? Also, I throw up a lot. My mom says it's reflux, and I think it might be since I'm not making myself throw up on purpose, but maybe it's something else? I had never thrown up during the day unless I was really sick until over the summer, but every few weeks I'll casually throw up and feel great afterwards.

It might be stress? I was talking to my lit teacher and she experienced something similar in her teenage years. You should probably see a doctor about this, but until you can you could try eating 5-6 smaller meals/snacks throughout the day as opposed to three large ones c: But yeah, it's probably a good idea to see a doctor. The throwing up can seriously damage your esophagus and teeth if it happens too much.

As said by the person above, I would suggest seeing a doctor about this. Throwing up is very bad for the body, and you could pass out somewhere if you don't eat enough. Since you are not throwing up on purpose, it is definitely not bulimia, but nevertheless, you have a condition that should not be ignored. I hope you get to feeling better!

I had this last year! Sadly, I still don't know what the issue was. My guess what because I was on birth control pills and they were upsetting my stomach.

I would throw up in the middle of the night (it would wake me up) and all that came up was water. I wouldn't feel hungry and would basically only eat dinner and a few snacks during the day. It wasn't due to me doing it on purpose. I wanted to eat properly but my body wouldn't let me. I went to the doctor because my mom said it was acid reflux as well. I got my blood tested for viruses and nothing showed up.

I went home and started taking acid reflux pills to try to stop it. I then stopped my birth control pills and eventually stopped feeling the puke feeling. I slowly started eating many small meals and snacks during the day instead of the "set 3" (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Then I stopped taking a reflux pills and it stopped. I haven't had an issue since.

I would definitely go to your doctor and get tested. It maybe could be something in your stomach and you might have to get the scope.
