I have to say Wispy Woods from KSS or Ghoma from LoZ:TWW are the easiest videogame bosses.

ACTUALLY I GOT ANOTHER ONE:

Solitare from Dragon Quest Monsters:- Joker.
You battle (at the time) Hard oppenants, your in the final, (it even has this like manag style battle screen 'FINAL ROUND' and shiz) Your incarnus calls Solitare by her real name and she kicks it, resulting in Disqualification and a win to you....
I hated that....I SPENT 3HRS OF TRAINING AND SINPHOSIZING FOR THAT?!
