early bird & night owl

What are the exact hours that shops open if you choose the new early bird or night owl ordinances? I'm thinking of oding one of them but am curious how much of a change it will actually be,

I could be wrong, but I read in the ACNH datamine Discord that Early Bird makes villagers wake up and shops open one hour earlier than they normally do. Then for Night Owl, villagers go to sleep and shops close one hour later than they normally do.

I was hoping it would be a two or three hour difference, but this is better than nothing!

cool! agreed it would be nice to be a few hours adjustment, but 1 hour is still nice!

Shops being open two hours later would have been nice. I’m just happy I won’t keep missing ables being open. Lately I can’t seem to get on earlier then 9 on most of the days I work.
