That is the only way you are able to do it. But they wouldnt get credit for catching that bug. So if you were to catch something rare, that they havent caught before.... They would be missing out to getting closer on getting their golden net.
Honestly I think since you and Sarah are brother/sister you 2 should go into business together. Have 2 workers working, will get jobs done faster, allowing more time to either work on your own towns or to take on more jobs. You would have to split the pay among yourselves, but I think that would be ideal.
