Maybe you could choose between one of your other duplicate personalities, you have two smugs, two lazies and two crankies. Personally I would move out Tom or Julian.

Pick the one who feels a little less fitting for your town, which you have personally developed, because it will be easier on you. It's not so much who other people recommend. It has to do with you personally playing that town. So, I recommend selecting the villager who you figure is timed right for departing.

I'd move out Julian the smug personality's dialogue can get more repetitive than the other two, I think? I have Klaus and O'Hare in my town right now and when Klaus prompts me to leave, he's going (even if he kind of grew on me) because their dialogue is exactly the same ;-;
