Anyone ever played Dungeons & Dragons? Either tabletop or online.

I never have myself, although I've always wanted to. Been thinking of starting an online D&D campaign and seeing if I can pull some friends in to play, although it'd probably be a mess as I have no idea what I'm doing!

It'd probably be worth getting a dungeon master who actually knows what they're doing, so if there's nobody familiar with the game on TBT I can always try getting somebody to join us from Roll20's Looking For Group website.

How much experience do you have? For myself at least, I only know the very basics. Not even sure where to start in character creation! Would be awesome if we could get a full group from TBT though.

I guess what I'm asking is, would you be patient enough to deal with clueless idiots? Haha

Heh, I've played one game. It was very short, and I had a very patient DM. Yeah, I'd be that patient. I think it would be awesome!

I'm in my bf's DnD group atm hes an Dm, I'm a Kobold Hunter with my companion panther and pet pig! haha!

I would love to join! maybe my bf wanna join to ( hes an DnD freak, haha)
But I think I would be to scared to talk on Skype...hehe

I feel like it might be better to find somebody who's played a bit more to DM. Just because I don't want to get into the game and have the players as well as the DM fumble around to figure out details and such.

I didn't realise there'd be so many people here that would be interested! It's awesome. Shame you don't want to get on Skype, I don't see how we'd be able to play properly unless we were all talking.


So to cut this down, if you'd like to join can you meet the following criteria:
- Available to meet roughly once a week for an hour or two, we can adjust days per people's schedules.
- Can Skype with voice chat and use Roll20.net to play
- Preferably on the older end of the scale (at least 16+)

If you're still interested, maybe PM me your Skype username and we can chat about the details sometime?

I've never figured out how to actually Skype before, but I can make an account. And I've never played Dungeons and Dragons before, so I don't know if you would want me on the team.

I've played (well, it's still going on) DnD for a while now. But I kinda got dragged into it haha XD
It's fun and all, and sometimes really awesome! but I don't think I would play it 'Hardcore" and especially not on a table with pen and paper because I hate talking ;_;

My friends and I started to try to play it once, but then we got busy and kind of dropped it.

Ironically my character was the only male, even amongst the males.
