... really? with the World Cup coming on-hand, and the winner of the Golden Boot in soccer / futbol will miss the World Cup? If soccer / futbol is a game of using your feet, can't he play and not just quit and let his teammates fail?

I don't think it would be very clever if he played football with his arm in a cast.

update: the coach of Team Ivory Coast apparantly hasn't ruled Drogba out. That would be kind of weird if he played in a cast though / agreeing.
