Dreamie problem

so... i have all the octopi, but with the three of them, i have 11 dreamies, what do i do? (i was thinking about giving Zucker to a friend, as its her dreamie, and replacing him with stitches, and replacing Octavian with Kabuki, and selling/ giving away marina so i can move my Merengue from my second town to the first town,)

i'm confused...are the octupi your dreamies as well? because if you got rid of them/swapped then you'd still have 11 dreamies... or do you mean you want to use them to get your dreamies and are wondering which ones are good to trade?

I'm a bit confused as well, are you saying with all the oct you have 11 total dreamies? Because in that case you'd only have to give away one to have 10...

with the octupi i have 11, so i might replace 2 and give one away, im not sure though.

Or is it you have two towns so you have more than 11 you want/swap between?

I have also been going nuts trying to figure out my "dreamies" while still having all the personalities in my village (i love too many normal villagers lol). So I decided to keep the Uchi, cranky and smug villagers I like (they are too hard to come by and I hate most others of that type lol) and let the others cycle after a while since I love many of that type. THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY CUTE VILLAGERS!! 10 is not enough!

Though if personality isn't your main focus then ignore this XD.

I mean if you have 11 then I'd just give one away, so you don't have to replace a dreamie with just a random, if I understand what you just said >.<

Or is it you have two towns so you have more than 11 you want/swap between?

id feel weird with only 2/3 octopi, so that's why i would replace all of them, not just one.

it is, i saw that in my old town i was missing snooty and uchi, so i got ankha back, (as a random move in) and mira (the only uchi i like, and a random move in.)

Oh right! I'd keep one though, I personally find them to be adorable. Though if you do what Andi was talking about with personalities and what not, than maybe keep the one with the personality you have the least of, otherwise whichever one you like best! But I wouldn't just get rid of them all because then if you change your mind you'll have to cycle out all over again just to get one back

i completely agree, i love almost all the villagers i this game, and it gates hard, because i never stay with the same dreamies for long. (except merengue, tangy, coco, and marshal, that is.)

Oh right! I'd keep one though, I personally find them to be adorable. Though if you do what Andi was talking about with personalities and what not, than maybe keep the one with the personality you have the least of, otherwise whichever one you like best! to be honest, their legs FREAK me out, ESPECIALLY on benches, so... i think it will go like this:
Octavian (replaced with) Kabuki
Zucker (given to friend and replaced with) Stitches/bob (i had both in my first town at some point, i lost stitches on accident, and voided bob thinking i was going to not bring him over to the new town, but regret in now.)
Marina(either sold/given away/ or put in my cycle town.)

Personally, I'd give away one of the male octopuses and then switch the other male with someone else. They're just not as appealing as Marina. You shouldn't feel the need to have them as a "set".
