Dreamie Decisions?

OK, I restarted my town yesterday and decided to look again at my dreamies too. I was wondering if you guys could give me a hand?

I'm thinking my finished dreamie list could be: Fauna, Chrissy, Pashmina, Diana, Erik, Hamlet, Julian, Chief, Lily, Flurry.

Problem 1: Too many deer? OK, so I've always really liked the deer species on ACNL and usually most of my dreamies list have been deer (ie: Fauna, Diana, Zell, Erik). But now I'm wondering if I really want so many deer in my finished town? Diana and Erik are already in my town, so I'm thinking of keeping them, but I don't know... I've always really loved Fauna.

Problem 2: Normals? I can't decide on normals. I'm stuck between Fauna, Lily, Flurry and Skye.

Problem 3: Marshal or Lily? I can't decide between Marshal or Lily; they're both so cute.

I know that everyone (if anyone comments) will probably say that it's my decision and stuff, but I really can't decide so please just give me your opinions thank you!!

Dreamies are a tough decision, at least for me. Aurora's on my list mostly because I used to have her in my town on WW and she was so adorable. Luckily, I managed to get her when I started my second town.

Personally I'd take Flurry because she visited my campsite (when my town was full, go figure) and she was super cute. Plus I used to have a white hamster so she kind of reminded me of her. So maybe if there are any animals or personalities that you can equate with happy memories or something like that, might help narrow it down a bit?

And I wouldn't really worry about having too many of an animal type. Everyone has their preferred animal designs and it's all about what you like. If I could, my town would be full of hamsters, bunnies and a couple cats.

Problem 1: Too many deer? Unless having a ton of the same species/similar species bothers you then i don't see why it should be a problem. Heck my last town i had 3 sheep and 1 goat.

Problem 2: Normals? I had 4 normals all at once at one time and it was pretty annoying since they have the least diverse dialogue in my own experience. I have 3 (Chevre, Nan and Tia) and i can manage just fine. It's all down to preference, I had a tough time picking my normals too, they're all so cute.

Problem 3: Marshal or Lily? I'd say if you haven't found a smug you like yet, go with Marshal since you already have a wide range of normals you're interested in. I personally only like 2 smugs (Pietro and Julian) and they have the best dialogue in my opinion and i wouldn't recommend leaving them out of the mix.

That's the set up i had (Rudy had to go though D: the jocks are hit or miss with me and i just wasn't connecting with him so Tia replaced him). I have one of everything except jock and two lazies and three normals. Don't be paranoid about the deer thing lol some people even make towns of all of one species. Nothing is right or wrong it's all up to you

I would go for Lily instead of Marshall but that is just my opinion. Also I think you should try and shoot for 1 of every personality and the for the extra villager spaces pix your favorite personalities (So you will have x2 of a couple personalities)

I wouldn't think much about the deer thing at all unless it really bothers you. As for the amount of normals you could stick with three or toss one out and get a second of a different personality. I originally planned to have three normals in my town (Mitzi, Lolly & Skye) but ended up cutting out Lolly so I could have a Uchi (already had two smugs). If it was me choosing between those normals I'd go for Fauna, Lily and Skye but that's my own opinion. With your last problem it depends whether you have any others smugs that interest you if not go for Marshal so you'll at least have one in your town.

Problem 1: Too many deer? I don't think this is a problem unless it bothers you or unless you get bored quickly. There are people who even have single-species towns. Maybe you could visit one of those and see if you can imagine yourself playing in one that is close to that. I wouldn't worry, I'll probably have repeated species in my town in the long run because some of them just have a higher number of villagers that I like.

Problem 2: Normals? I've seen people who have several villagers of the same personality, so do that if you want. I wouldn't, because I think the dialogue would end up being too repetitive. I have a similar issue because I love so many Normals, but their dialogue gets boring very quickly. I'd have 3, at most.

Problem 3: Marshal or Lily? If you really want a smug for PWPs or more dialogue diversity, get Marshal. If you don't mind not having a smug, get Lily. I like Lily better.

One last problem: Lily or Flurry?? I MIGHT end up picking both, but if I don't, I'll choose someone (need to decide who lol) and one of them. Please help!! ����
