Dream Towns with certain villagers

Spoiler: Don't care about it if you don't need explications why

I'm thinking about changing some of my villagers, but I'm really fond of each of them, so it became a big deal.
I actually have 4 smugs, which is alot, though I was fine with that. From those 4, I can only think of Pietro, to make move out, and seek for another personality type (but yeah, I like him). There is also Muffy, I adore her but her house's place ruins the possibility to build my Caf? there. And finally, Zucker. I adore him too but I'm really interested about Stitches as well, and I don't think I can manage to keep Zucker and add Stitches, it's already difficult to manage to invite new dreamies as I'm almost full.So. I thought that meeting villagers I was interested in for possible changes would help me to take decisions.
Then from where I am now it would be
Muffy <-> Pashmina/Mira
Zucker <-> Stitches

Rosie will move out so I really want to find a little Genji (with Kid cat gone I don't have jock character anymore)~
There isn't really a villager in mind to take the place of Pietro. It left Punchy, and maybe Ruby or Merry because with Rosie gone, I won't have a peppy character anymore (he's a lazy too but I'm rather biased by Punchy so so).
So if any of you have some of those characters in their dream town, throw your code at me ~
