Hey guys, I'm honestly a bit too poor TBT-Bell wise right now (Them collectibles.) So, I figured that I could get some by helping others out by reviewing their dream town. Post your DA if you want a review. If it's a WIP (like mine), feel free to specify what isn't done. Please be patient, these take quite a bit to time to see and write up a review about.

You can visit mine! It's a WIP. I just updated it, and can you give me some ideas where to put fruit orchards? :) 4100-3365-5619

Visit my town please c:

My entire town is a WIP, and so is my second house. But I have most of it done :) First house is complete! DA is in signature.

Hi you should totally visit my dream town! It's in my sig and I just updated it! Thanks!

Alright, well, here we go. My first actual dream town review.

The Town of Honolulu:

Just from the look of the plaza, I knew this was going to be one impressive town. You have very nice paths, and the flower arrangement looks very good. The exterior of the Mayor's house seemed impressive, I liked it. Stairs were an awesome touch. The little toys sprinkled around town were also cool. I didn't sense an exact theme, but I'm okay with that.

Evaluation of the Mayor's House, sponsored by the HHA

Main room: Pave set. Not exactly may favorite, but it still seems good. ABD and garbage can, could be moved elsewhere though, but I do understand if it's just for functional purposes.
Back room: Sweets set. Liked it very much. The touch of the wedding cake and other foods seemed creative. And the K.K. Bubblegum reminded me of Mario Party. I don't know why.
Right Room: Ice set. In my opinion the best thing to do with this room would be to clear the cucumber horse, Katie's pic, and the mannequin from the room. They seemed a bit out of place.
Left Room: Princess set. With the mannequin on this one I maybe would've dressed her more like royalty (yeah I dunno) with a tiara hair and some sort of dress. I'd also move the wedding cake towards the entrance.
Upstairs: Mermaid set. I'd replace the striped wetsuit with maybe a pink one, otherwise I think it's perfect.
Basement: Absolutely perfect. Loved it.

The two villager houses (Apple and Cookie) and Merengue. by the plaza should have paths leading to them, honestly, I don't like trudging through a flower garden just to get to a house. The QR codes with the bamboo garden by the river didn't really fit my taste, but I think it's only because the color of the grass doesn't match. nina's house is just blank. The eastern peninsula leading to the yellow bench, on the left side, could use a few trees.

Overall: 9/10. Almost perfect, just needs a few tiny improvements.

The Town of Cuddle:

Alright, so looking at this town, it's kinda clear (no offense) it's a WIP. There's really no sense of the direction for the town.

The hot spring with the bamboo was a nice touch to the town, though I'd add a bit more bamboo. Cedar saplings do go well with the campsite, and I see that you've done just that. The carnations with the town hall looks very nice. If you added a few more I'm sure it'd look even better!

Mayor's house:
Main room: Alpine set. I'd say change the music to something maybe something less Sci-Fi ish, and maybe move the ABD (but I can understand if it's just there for functionality)
Back room: Regal set. Honestly I have no complaints with this room, well done.
Right room: Kitchen. If I were you I'd move the modern wood couch, move the grill, and move the stewpot on that floor. I'd also move the picture there, I don't think it goes well with the theme of the room at all.
Left room: This one was an absolute shocker to me. I loved it, but I think that if you got a mannequin or two it'd make the room even better.
Basement: Mermaid set. I thought it was...okay. Not really suiting my tastes though.
Upstairs: Sweets set. Get some stuff on tables or something, because the floor seems way to cluttered.

Your alt's house has the Pav? set. Maybe move the loose wallpaper.

As far as improvements go, spread out your hybrids, and get some of the clutter off the floor. Highly consider relocating PWPs.

Now...fruit orchards...here are the three places I'd put them.
1. North of town hall
2. West of Re-Tail
3. A small one east of the alt's house

4700-2677-2616. I would only consider the forest area in the northeast, "The Lost Woods" as I call it, to be done. Feel free to give me suggestions!

The Town of Candy Mt.

Ooh! Snow! Been awhile since I've seen that white stuff blanketing towns. I really like the face boards, (took a pic of me in a Nyan Cat board) though I think some of them might be anime references (FYI I don't watch anime). Also found a parabolic antenna sitting in the corner. Possibly the new alien hunting system? I don't know! The shells surrounding the mermaid house look amazing. Campsite area looks good, though I'd maybe plant some more trees and move that face board.

Now, for the house evaluation:

Main room: Sweets dining area. Basically a four year old's dream :p Not sure what a popcorn machine is doin in the back there, but I'm just blown away.
Back room: Chef's area. You spilled the butter, by the way. Maybe add a minimalist table to put the butt and the flour onto, and maybe another for some of the other tools.
Left room: Convenience store. I'd move the 7-11 model elsewhere, I don't see the point in having it there, and I'd also remove the microwave. Otherwise, great job.
Right room: Sushi palace. I'd maybe remove the chocolate cake and replace it with the platter on the floor. Switching the harvest chairs for something else isn't a bad idea, but I still think it's okay.
Upstairs: I'm not exactly sure what this is, but I don't think a salad bar fits in at all. Switch it with an eraser sofa, since you have a lot of the campus set.
Basement: Bathroom, but taken to a whole new level. Well done here.

Little advice for the future: Get your hybrids arranged and not really clumped, and figure out how all of the PWPs will go together, because to me, they look arbitrarily placed. Oh, and there's the clutter issue: I suggest getting that cleaned up to storage or Re-Tail ASAP.

Overall: 6/10
