Dream town questions

I don't have a dream town set up yet, was waiting for the awful snow to go away. Once I have it can I update it if I make changes to my town? Are you informed in any way if people have visited?

You'll be able to update it once a day (and receive 5000 bells every time you do)

If you talk to Luna (the attendant), she will give you numbers and occasional names.

Sometimes your villagers will bring up dream visits in conversation. They tell you what rumor is going on about the visitor (ie, time traveler, bell hoarder etc) and that's about it.
