dream town help?

i'm looking for some advice on my town! it's nearing completion (sorta), but it is still messy in some areas. things i'd like opinions on (besides the town in general):

- in the little neighborhood on the left, is there TOO many palm trees? i'm considering switching some out for oranges, lemons, pears, etc.

- how does the lighthouse area look? i feel like the perfect apple trees are a little overwhelming, but i'm not sure what else to do with that area. also, more flowers, y/n?

- i'm going to be switching out my illuminated clock with a statue fountain, surrounded by bushes. is there anything else i should put there?

- i want the tower and video screen pwps somewhere, but i'm not sure where! any ideas?

I absolutely love your town. It's so cute!
I adore what you did with the top right small beach. I think that's super clever, a bonfire on the beach!
The bulletin board in the center of the neighborhood was really great too!
Now, to answer your questions!
I do not think there's an abundance of palm trees. They're spread out nicely, and give that area a different feeling from the rest of the town.
The lighthouse area is really great, in my opinion.
I love the perfect apple trees, but more flowers could improve the area.
Perhaps around the future statue fountain, you could put illuminated trees on the side? Especially if you'll be keeping the illuminated arch there, too.
You could possibly put the tower and video screen PWPs to the upper left of Retail? That space looks empty, but I'm not sure if you plan to use that area for something else. I'd think it'd go good there since the villagers go to Retail all the time, and the video screen would do some advertising.
Overall, it's a fantastique town so far!

Took a quick visit to your town and I gotta say I love the tropical area you have! It's unique and fun and I love it As for suggestions, im not that creative but maybe you could have an side char on the top left side and kinda have a secluded area with a sorta theme? Not sure what kind but something along those lines heh

Anyway, I really love your town as it is now, esp the area near the police station omg its beautiful.
I personally dont feel like the tower would fit the town at the moment but maybe the area to the right of the station? And the video screen hmmm, maybe behind the bushes of the bottom of the town tree? Idk, I'm pretty bad at suggesting ideas but omg I just like your town. Autumny and tropical, love it!
