Dream Suite!

You'll need to have the Dream Suite built. To get the project, I think you have to be mayor for 8 days, then go to the Town Hall. Isabelle will be asleep, and if you talk to her, you'll get the project. It costs 234.000 bells, I believe, and will be opened in the Main Street, by the photo booth.
Once you have the Dream Suite, go in and lie on the bed to the left. Unfortunately, I don't think random dreams work, so you'll have to know a dream address.
