When i try to go to a dream town and update mine,I will start sleeping and then when my eyes are closed and she turns down the lights and counts,my eyes open again and she said that it might be because i have an unstable internet,its been doing it for 2 days and i can visit other peoples towns though how do i fix this?

I've had that happen a couple of times. My connection is sometimes cranky and I live in an apartment building, so I'm pretty sure that sometimes I may be getting interference from signals from other apartments.
The following aren't guaranteed fixes, but you could try resetting your router, getting closer to your router if you're in another room when you're trying to dream, or plugging in your 3DS (or maybe even saving/exiting the game, shutting down your 3DS and starting it up again).
