Dream Suite issues?

Has anyone else been having some issues with connecting to the Dream Suite lately?

I don't think it's just my internet being slow or messing up since the internet on my laptop and iPod both work perfectly fine, but when I try to go to the Dream Suite, I keep having some odd issues. For one thing, there's usually lag between me inputting a DA and Luna telling me what the DA leads to. It's also taking longer for the internet the connect to the Dream Suite, and the time that it takes for the Dream Town to load up will range from like, 3-5 minutes (usually it loads up within a few seconds) to it not loading up at all.

Is it just my internet, or is anyone else having some difficulty with the Dream Suite and connecting to the internet + accessing dream towns?

I was using the dream suite yesterday with no problems - but I'm in the UK.
It could be it was down for maintenance, so try again in a few hours/tomorrow.
I've not heard of any problems.

Done a quick search - other posts with this problem in the past (nintendo tech support forums) suggest doing a system update (& there was one a few days ago to 9.9.0 - and my 3ds is on this update).

Dream Suite

Today, Dream Suite keeps lagging. After Luna recites her sheep counting, the load is very long. I don?t know what?s wrong.

I did have an issue a few days ago, loading back to my town was taking way longer than it should have. Normally I have no issue, even with my crud hotspot. I'd say wait half an hour, maybe shut off the WiFi source and turn it back on, or try going to a different dream then the dream you wanted to go to. There are times when Luna couldn't load the dream for me, so I tried again and it worked perfectly fine.

I did go to 1 dream today actually and experienced no problem.
