I am in the process of collecting donations for my dream suite butwhat is it exactly and how does it work?

Dream suite allows you to visit other towns using a dream code, you fall asleep and 'wake up' in their town in which you can dig or swim or whatever you like but once you end it, you won't keep any of the stuff cause it's a 'dream'
